In today’s online market, honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous and transparent store policy for our customers. Read below to learn more and don’t hesitate to contact us with questions!

Shipping Time: Many product are made to order and therefore requires 2-7 days production time plus shipping time.

Returns due to misprints: Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. A replacement will be expedited.

Returns due to sizing: Returns are not accepted due to sizing. Size charts are included in the images of each listing. To check sizing, take a shirt you feel fits well and lay it flat. Then measure it from armpit to armpit and compare to the size chart. If your measurements come out in between two sizes, order the larger one.

Returns due to damages: Returns are accepted on damaged shipments. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and the item as well as the packing slip. A replacement will then be sent.

Returns due to bad address: Please verify your address before placing an order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for shipping charges to re-ship after verification or correction of the order.

International shipping: Customer are responsible for any VAT or customs charges

Lost packages: You will want to check with your local post office as well as your neighbors. Your local postal carrier has GPS coordinates of where the package was delivered which are not shown online. Occasionally, packages are also accidentally scanned as delivered before the package is actually dropped off, and they often show up the next day, If your local PO is still unable to locate the lost package, please contact me within 14 days regarding replacement.
